Weird English Words

In the English language, it is so hard to know how to pronounce a word because English takes words from everywhere. So there are no hard set rules.

Today's example, segue. What an odd little word. It comes from the Italian seguire, meaning to follow. And most of the definitions have to do with music and musical directions, indicating a smooth transition from one piece/theme/part to another, without a break.
